建於1910年，為罕見的二層樓土石砌客家建築，被譽為佳冬最美麗的轉角。通過了幾次大地震的考驗卻抵擋不住屋頂漏水引起的一連串破壞效應，在近三年內快速的腐爛傾倒，並也因債權問題，將面臨法拍後被拆除之命運；當地民眾不忍兒時記憶就此消失，自發性發起募款搶救行動，將產權買下移轉至當地非營利團體，並提報公部門申請修復費用後由本所執行規劃設計。
It was built in 1910, which was a rare two-story stone built Hakka building and known as the most beautiful corner of Jiadong. It has passed through several big earthquakes; however, it could not withstand series of damaging effects from roof leaking and the past three years it decayed and toppled over rapidly. It also faces the fate of foreclosure and tearing down due to debt problems. The local people could not bear the disappearing of childhood memories, so they originated a spontaneous fundraising and rescue operation, bought the property right and transferred to the local non-profit organization and reported to the public sector to apply repairing fees and assigned our department to carry out planning and design.
